Michael P. McDunn - Ebony Sideboard This piece is a solid ebony, block-piece sideboard with walnut secondary wood, 96" x 25.5" x 32." The top is 1.75" solid ebony. The drawers in center section are hand-dovetailed and have bookmatched solid ebony drawer fronts. There are shelves on the end sections and the back is slip-matched ebony veneer. The front and end panels were all glued up into solid sections and then cut apart. These faceted sections were then cut on edge on the bandsaw, sanded, and reassembled.
